Using ai-planner, it automatically revises the production schedule in response to changes in order quantities, delivery dates, cancellations, inputs, packaging, or raw materials, as well as events like energy outages, cleaning, or equipment breakdowns. Automatic revisions occur following data entry if there is a production shortfall at the end of a shift or day.

The schedule's duration corresponds to the number of orders entered; there are no limits. Each output includes a description of revision reasons and schedule changes at the bottom. If an order is delayed, the reason for the delay remains displayed in the schedule until the order is completed. New production runs can be initiated for orders that were interrupted or left unfinished, and these runs can be viewed alongside the original order data. If the AI ​​calculates that an order cannot be completed on time, the system issues an alert—even at the initial entry stage—indicating that the order is at risk of missing the deadline. Reasons for schedule revisions are logged and can be reported. Additionally, reports can be generated for monthly On-Time Delivery Rate, Schedule Adherence Rate, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Capacity Utilization Rate (CUR), and Production Lead Time for similar production types. Upon order completion, all reports—including CUR, OEE, etc.—are automatically sent to users. If available, historical report data for that specific product is also included to facilitate comparison. The schedule is presented via a Gantt chart interface, displaying planned versus actual data separately. Warehouse delivery and loading dates are shown distinctly within the schedule chart. Once daily production data is entered, the automatically updated schedule information is sent as a notification to designated internal users and is also visible to them via the interface.
